We are a new social media and marketing company in the Sacramento area. Currently, we provide our service to a local learning center. Since there are over 60 of these centers in the U.S. and we have a formula for their success, our aim is to market our program to as many of these centers as possible. We may soon be providing our service to companies outside the U.S. as well as a company that designs e-learning programs. As an adaptive organization, we will also be able to provide our service to just about any type of company or organization... so if you have specific experience in sales to a niche market, this is a huge plus.
The timing is right because both social media and the supplemental education markets are exploding!
We are looking for a candidate who is:
1.) intelligent, adaptive and entrepreneurial;
2.) comfortable and would thrive in an upstart environment;
3.) "addicted" to social media sites like Facebook and Twitter;
4.) a college graduate - possibly with a degree in either business, marketing, communications or education and
5.) a good communicator who has strong interpersonal skills (preferably someone w/ a sense of humor)
Compensation
As an upstart, we will be able to offer a profit sharing and favorable commission structure. In other words, you would make a percentage of each sale. If you also worked in the social media or admin side of the business, your percentage would be higher.
