About the Job
The Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to work directly with ON24’s Channel and Strategic Account teams to assist with the successful planning and managing of highly effective marketing programs targeting existing strategic accounts within the Global 500 segment and the development of partner marketing programs for ON24’s resellers, which includes a couple of the world’s largest software and communications companies.

The ideal candidate must have marketing knowledge, a desire to learn and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is best suited for a high achiever with proven ability to contribute individually as well as part of a results focused team.

This position pays requires 20-30 hours per week (can be flexible), with potential to earn college credit. The Marketing Intern reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Channels and Strategic Accounts in our San Francisco California headquarters.

Responsibilities
• Assist with various projects in a timely manner
• Help with formatting, proofing and making sure that reports/documents are up to professional standards
• Learn ON24 platform to help build-out events and maintain online content management
• Help with general administrative duties

Skills & Qualifications

• College student or recent graduate with marketing /communications major and desire to learn more about high-tech marketing in a fast-paced growing organization

• Understanding of general marketing with knowledge of current trends, media and tools.
• Organized project management and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Creative, innovative, proactive and resourceful quick learner with a get-it-done results orientated attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual, motivated, flexible, professional
• Outgoing personality and friendly
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as in a team environment
• Computer skills include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Design skills a plus.
