Having the first collection in February 2009, the house of Mario Moya has begun to gain well- deserved recognition in the fashion world due to his innovative talent for structure and modern vision. His signature is the cutting-edge architectural silhouette. Mario Moya Atelier has expanded its office to a new location on Greenwich Street and is seeking passionate interns to start immediately to assist the Sales/PR/Marketing operations. Interns will be able to work on various projects and day-to-day operations within the business.
Requirement:
-Basic understanding of PR/Sales/Marketing. Related degree and experience are welcome but not limited.
-Full-time or commit at least 2-3 days a week
-Devoted, multi-tasking and well-organized
-Great with under pressure
Marketing manager is also seeking an outstanding full-time intern to be her main assistant. Candidate has to be able to start immediately and work till New York Fashion Week. Josh Brody, who has an amazing dress line, is looking for several operation and design interns for the Fall 2009 season to begin at the end of August. We are seeking highly motivated candidates that possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. School credit is preferred, but not required. All qualified students must intern minimum of 3-5 days a week for a 3 month period. This internship is unpaid.
Operations Interns will be responsible for assisting the Operation Director.
Duties may include:
-Fulfilling Sale Orders
-Pulling needed looks
-Understanding of Quickbooks
-Fashion Industry experience
-Updating/compiling information and other organizational files
-Communicating with showroom and stores
-Errands
-Following system already in place
