Elledecor.com is looking for an editorial intern for summer 2010. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who would like to learn the ins and outs of web publishing at a major national magazine, and has an interest in home design and decorating. Interns will get the opportunity to build short articles in the CMS, help manage our LookBook, a database of thousands of inspiring images from the pages of ELLE DECOR, monitor user comments, perform photo research, and assist top editors with a range of editorial tasks in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. A basic knowledge of HTML and Photoshop is a plus, but we will accept candidates with no prior experience who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. We are seeking an intern that is available at least 2-3 days a week starting June 1st – mid-August. This internship is unpaid and for current college students only.
