We are looking for someone who has:
~Diverse computer experience (Microsoft Office, Social Media, Internet, etc)
~Excellent written and verbal communication skills
~Positive attitude and energy
~You must be: RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL, FLEXIBLE, GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL and be able to MULTI-TASK.
Position duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling, patient intake, collecting money, internal marketing, light cleaning and maintenance of office and equipment. Approximately 15-20 hrs. /week to start and will change as office grows. Applicant must be available for both morning and afternoon shifts on some of the days during the week. Extra hours sometimes will be necessary for special events. We are only open Monday - Friday.
