Our firm is currently looking for a PR / Operations Intern. You will be responsible for helping with the day to day operations of the studio as well as helping with PR / Marketing related work.
Reporting to the PR Manager and Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
Filing, copying, and other general office work
Helping to put together press kits
Running errands for the office
Helping with moving furniture, equipment, etc. in the office
Sending out packages that can be time sensitive
Coordinating with vendors to make sure things get scheduled and done
Follow through and follow up on tasks assigned
Specific Skills should include:
Experience with Word, Excel and e-mail
A strong desire to learn new things and collaborate in a team oriented environment
Good communication skills
Basic\Intermediate Photoshop skills are required
