PR/Social Media Internship (Hollywood)

Small, multi-award winning food business currently expanding into print, media, and ecommerce is looking for an intern to be part of a creative team focused on:

Job description:

• Maximizing SEO results
• Manage social media networking
• Write and submit press releases to digital, print, and media
• Research and target audience growth through building relationships and link backs with other websites
• Research sponsorship and advertising opportunities, news letters, e-books, and product development for e-commerce.
• Creative input and brainstorming

This is strictly a volunteer internship with work related travel expenses and some meals included. It is great opportunity to be part of a rapidly developing company, offers invaluable experience and opportunities, with the possibility of advancement within the company.

Must be willing to work 2 – 3 days a week, and commit to a minimum of 3 months after the initial 2-week trial period.

Requirements:

• Two years experience preferred, but willing to consider recent college graduates with degrees in marketing/PR.
• Superb grasp of, and experience in social media networking. Must be up to date with the latest trends.
• SEO experience.
• Excellent grammar, typing, and computer skills.
• Great research skills.
• Must be a hard-working, creative team player that takes initiative, and is capable of working independently.
• An interest in food, fashion, and the arts is a plus.

Fashion Consulting Agency Internship (LA)

We are a fashion consulting firm, providing creative direction and marketing expertise to various upcoming and existing fashion companies. Our services include showroom and public relations placement, trend forecasting, and photo shoot production among other things. We are currently looking for interns interested in starting a career in fashion who are dedicated and hard working. This is a great opportunity to learn about the fashion industry and how businesses within it operate. This is for an unpaid entry level internship that may develop into a paid position in the future.

Applicants must have an eye for fashion, and must be knowledgeable when it comes to various women's contemporary fashion brands. Tasks within this internship will include:
- Color and trend analysis
- Composition of story boards
- Contact management system maintenance
- Administrative work including setting up meetings and tasks
