As an intern in our San Francisco office, you’ll be given a hands-on role in the operations of a leading PR firm. This experience will be crucial if you are considering a career in PR or marketing communications.

You’ll provide administrative support to the PR executives in their daily duties. Specific projects would include creation of boards for presentations, preparing line sheets for sales, writing Purchase Orders, following up on orders from vendors and organizing fabric, trim, & lace. Proficiency in excel is important. Ideally, we want someone who can come in everyday (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and stay with us for at least 3 months. We provide a $30(daily) food and transportation allowance.

Internship Location: 730 Fifth Avenue, Suite 2101, NY NY 10019

Intern would be involved in assisting the Director of Marketing in emailing and following up with magazine editors, assist in creating client emails, dropping off and picking up jewelry from photoshoots and trunkshows, as well as daily administrative duties. We are looking for highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable interns to work in the showroom (intermediate computer skills a must).

Canadites must have some experience in marketing or public relations, as we need interns who are creative and dedicated to building a brand.

This position is unpaid but a great experience for anyone interested in learning more about the world of fine jewelry and fashion. We are looking for 1-2 interns to start immediately and work with until March. A commitment of 3-4 days a week is necessary and flexible schedules are preferred.
