Our Business Development Director position reports directly to our President and CEO and is responsible for all aspects of sales and business development with existing (25%) and new (75%) clients. You will also be responsible for: • Sales Volume - $500k or more annually • Supporting strategic sales and program development goals as developed by President and COO • Actively engages in the hunt by making a constant effort to find new business through existing relationships, current/previous Moderne accounts, cold calls, networking, and/or referrals. • Sells all Moderne services, including but not by any means limited to: Nightlife and Event Marketing solutions, Digital, Interactive and Social Media Marketing Programs, and Multiethnic, Multicultural and Audience-targeted programs. • Craft strategies, articulate messages, and implement marketing programs to drive sales and exposure • Develop marketing materials, such as: case studies, client presentations, executive, presentations, media kits, customized emails, and more • Provide research and data analysis to support the creation of compelling positioning and messaging for Moderne’s advertising solutions.

Looking for
