An established real estate firm is seeking a part-time receptionist/assistant. Work days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Individual should be energetic, friendly, self starter that can handle a fast multi-tasking environment. Also assist the broker and property manager with clerical duties, scheduling of appointments and showing property. Good phone skills required and proficient with Microsoft Office especially Outlook to schedule appointments. A reliable car is necessary for showing and servicing properties. This position is perfect for the individual with a professional attitude and appearance that enjoys working with the public and our established clients. A real estate license is preferred but not required.
