Customer Service Representative CSR (Sacramento Area)

Looking to fill a Part Tme Customer Service Representative (front desk) for a busy Sacramento Body Shop. This position will require work 1 – 4 days a week, including possible Saturdays. This position includes answering phones, helping customers, closing files, filing, and assisting in all day to day needs of the office.

Because of the high level of customer contact someone with great customer service is required. Outgoing, friendly along with being very organized is a must. As a CSR there will be many reports to work on, so computer knowledge including EXCEL, and SUMMIT management systems, are a plus but not required.
