Our new store location in the Westfield Valley Fair mall is looking for a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to join our team.
Candidates must have open availability and experience in managing a specialty retail store of two or more years.
Duties include but are not limited to planning and directing the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and increase profitability. Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Ensure all product and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas.
