1928 Jewelry seeks a fashion-savvy, online marketing intern to assist in our online marketing initiatives.
Requirements: · Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to communicate
· Must have the ability to manage under tight deadlines

· Must love fashion and want to understand fashion as it relates to online marketing
Responsibilities: · A passion for the Internet
· Submission Monitoring
· Blog Research
· Proofreading
· Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
· Social Networking /Social Marketing - experience on popular websites, such as Facebook, YouTube, Flickr, MySpace and Digg; and/or with mobile applications, such as SMS, mobile web and media, etc.
As an intern, you will gain direct experience online marketing and social media strategies through hands-on instruction and trade workshops. You will assist us in all facets of outreach including everything from building and maintaining social identities to keeping up-to-date on social media trends.
You help grow 1928 Jewelry’s presence for it's websites: http://www.1928.com and http://www.jewelrygalblog.com on social networks (Facebook), message boards (OffTopic.com), video upload sites, as well as using bookmarking sites (DIGG) and tracking sites (Twitter Search) to monitor the space.
Information: This is an unpaid internship located at our headquarters in Burbank, California. You will receive college credit and a stipend of $25 per day. You must be able to commit to 2 - 6.5 hours per days. The right candidate will also be able to attend media events, fashion industry events and digital functions with the Marketing Director.
