HR Intern, Benefits and Payroll (Spring Semester)

The Human Resources Benefits and Payroll Intern will be responsible for working with the Human Resources team to support benefits administration. They will assist with special projects as needed.

- Working on the new HR manual which includes all HR policies and procedures, handbook, benefits, etc.
- Update employee handbooks (CA and Corporate)
- Finalizing the New Employee Application
- Work with managers to draft employee policies & procedures for the Electronic HR Manual
- Partner with manager on Commission Analysis & sending reports to the stores
- Partner with manager on rolling out on-line training for Harassment and Careful communication
- Research and propose some wellness initiatives & \”moral building activities\”

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e.; Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
- Excellent organizational skills
- Prior internship experience is preferred
- Must be able to work 16 - 25 hours/week
