Details of Internship:
Seeking smart, proactive, energetic, technologically savvy and detailed oriented interns for a casting company.
Our company cast models, actors and street/real people in fashion editorials, print advertising, commercials, fashion shows, and films.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Assisting with castings
-Organizing and maintaining casting photo/video archives
-Assisting with presentations, including set up of photo layouts
-Administration duties: phone service, faxing, scanning documents, etc.
-Research
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:
The ideal candidates must be professional, focused and organized.
-Knowledge of MAC programs: Photoshop, Indesign, MS Excel, MS Word Iweb, Imovie,
-Skills in operating a digital camera, and photography
-Street scouting for talent.
Qualifications that are not mandatory but would be a plus include:
-A good eye for unique faces
- Knowledge of fashion magazines and fashion models
- Knowledge of actors, musicians and pop culture
This a great internship for individuals interested in graphic design, fashion, portrait photography or video/film work.
For consideration you must work at least 2-3 days a week.
-Hours include 10 am – 6 pm, sometimes later depending on the project.
This is a 6-month position and is UNPAID
