*********Looking for someone to start immediately
We are a progressive, high-end woman’s wear company in search of creative interns who can contribute their talents to our endeavors.
We are in need of an intern in each of these departments: Design, Press, Production, and business/accounting.
Fashion Design Intern Requirements:
*Must be available at least 2-3 days per week
*Must have basic knowledge of patternmaking and sewing
*Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator a big plus
*Must be able to navigate the garment district neighborhood
Production Intern Requirements:
*Must be available at least 2-3 days per week
*Must be willing to learn operations in production
*Must have basic knowledge of patterns
*Must be able to act as a liason between Zero and the production factories
Business/Accounting in fashion Intern Requirements:
*Must have knowledge of Excel
*Must be computer-orientated
*Must possess strong organizational skills
PR Intern Requirements:
*Must have a minimum availability of 2-3 days per week
*Must be available to work the show during NY Fashion week
*Must be able to organize the showroom during market week, assist stylist with product shoots for the online store, research potential wholesale clients, send press kits and clippings, field sample requests, administrative duties and occasional errands.
We can provide credit if needed. If you’re a full time intern we provide an unlimited metro card and lunch is provided daily to full time and part time interns.
