Qualifications:
-Background/interest in communications, research, or public affairs.

-Current undergraduates or recent college graduates preferred.
Job Description:
The Program Intern is primarily a research and logistical support position.
The Program Intern will work with the Program staff on a variety of projects including (but not limited to):
• background research on upcoming speakers and program topics, calendar planning, presentation planning, executive support
• brainstorming sessions
Other responsibilities include:
• Logistical setup and breakdown of events
• Creation of marketing materials
• Sending of invitations and thank-you letters
• Event outreach
• Assistance with management of actual event
Unpaid Internship Work Schedule: 8+ hours/ week; some evenings required
