Job Requirements
• Must be able to create versatile print styles – Contemporary, Traditional, Young/Mature, Quirky Whimsical Fun, Global
• Creating layouts and putting designs into repeat within specific size restraints – including a knowledge of repeats – half-drop, half-slide, straight –
• Color - Developing and following seasonal trends within the LeSportsac DNA, including trim and logo color coordination.
• Understanding of cylinders/wet printing – their color restrictions and use of tones
Skills
• Excellent sense of contemporary design
• Excellent sense of color and layout
• Drawing skills necessary
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good with direction/collaboration/cooperation
• Attention to detail
• Proactive attitude
• Excellent time management skills
Experience and Education
• 2-3 years Textile Print Design Experience
• AA or BFA in Textile Design Preferred
