Bae Systems Product Development Internship (Ontario, CA)

· Reads and routes incoming mail

· Composes and types correspondence

· Organizes and maintains file system

· Arranges meetings and agency visits

· Handles phone calls for the department

· Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person

· Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations
Assists with various documentation and recordkeeping related to the testing



Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

High School or equivalent

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Organizational
  • Customer Service
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
  • Safety awareness
  • Ability to coordinate with various levels of management within different functional areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of ballistic materials/testing a plus
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to use database query reports and tools.
Exceptional follow through and demonstrated ability to project manage.
