Production Designer: Part-Time/Summer/Intern (re-post) (financial district)

Production Designer at JiWire, Part-Time Summer Position with potential

JiWire is a leader in the field of advertising technology. We're looking for a talented production designer / intern for the summer, with the potential to turn into a full-time hire. Professional design experience is less important than a willingness to learn and become part of a growing team.

This is a position that has terrific opportunities to learn and grow in the company, and is perfect for someone interested in getting a foot in the door at a technology start-up, or for anyone interested in starting a career in design. We're a small start-up, we have a great mix of young energy and mature experience, and a casual, relaxed office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide mockups for Sales proposals and Marketing materials showing
- Support Sales & Marketing with clean and organized PowerPoint slides and presentations
- Design graphs/charts using existing style and iconography
- Produce datasheets based on existing templates
- Other routine production tasks as necessary

Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, PowerPoint on a Mac; ability to work in InDesign and Illustrator
- Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines and apply existing style to all projects
- A true team spirit and willingness to pitch in whenever needed, with no problem taking direction from others
