Job Description: The marketing intern will be able to assist in building a global creative community. He or she will research and learn about the ins and outs of the creative world online. The intern will be able to manage media, client lists. He or she will be contacting people in the creative industry, initiate and maintain relationships with clients. The intern will be able to assist in developing and distributing marketing materials to target audience. He or she will be able to attend events to help promote Whitecanvas, constantly developing relationships with the movers and innovators of the fashion, music, art, sports, and technological world.
Job Qualifications: The intern must be enthusiastic and have a deep interest for the creative world (fashion, art, music, technology). Being very knowledgeable on the latest in one or more of these genres would be perfect. Being internet savvy is a must; having high knowledge of social networking. The position calls for the intern to be open minded, easy to adapt, self-sufficient, trustworthy, creative, good with people, and very organized. He or she should preferably own an Apple laptop in order to sync easily with everyone at Whitecanvas.
