The Mental Health Association of San Francisco is seeking an undergraduate or graduate students for a full or part-time (15-35 hrs/week; 2-5 days/ wk) unpaid summer internship position beginning in May/June 2008 - August 2008 and also for the fall semester beginning in September.
The Event Planning internship assists with planning for MHA-SF education and fundraising events including several upcoming community education events and educational workshops including our 60th anniversary fundraising celebration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate or graduate student in Psychology, Social Work, Political Science, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hard working, creative and detail oriented
- Collaborative working style with ability to work well with others
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, graphic, and database systems
- Commitment to the mission, vision and values of MHA-SF
