The purpose of this role is to manage the sales, operations, and staff development areas for our stores to achieve maximum profitability, compliance with company procedures, and excellence in customer service.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Store Management to...

  • Drive sales and enhance customer service

  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided in the store

  • Achieve all sales goals, and plan sales goals with the Area Manager

  • Ensure sales floor is adequately supervised at all times

  • Communicate recommendations and best sellers to the Area Manager

  • Provide staff training and development

  • Interview, screen, hire, coach, and counsel staff in accordance with Coach policies

  • Delegate duties and responsibilities to foster a sense of ownership among the staff and to increase efficiency of store operation

  • Present merchandise to maximize sales and achieve optimum merchandise turn

  • Stay current on product range, and educate staff on competitors products offering

  • Conduct inventories and maintain accurate inventory records

  • Identify methods for lowering expenses and increasing overall store profitability

  • Attain store shrinkage goals

  • Uphold highest standards on all Company audits

  • Ensure all HR paperwork is promptly and accurately completed

  • Work closely with Area Manager and maintain contact with New York Office personnel

An outstanding professional will have...

  • A diploma or above

  • Minimum 5 years retail experience, including 2 years at supervisory level

  • Experience working in luxury brands, retail, cosmetics or consumer goods industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate ?high English skills preferred.
