blink PR is looking for a hip, bright, energetic and creative new intern! We are a boutique fashion, lifestyle and talent PR agency focusing on fashion and the arts.
We are looking for someone eager to learn about fashion, music, and the arts and will gain hands-on experience on what its like to work in the field of public relations.
You will have the chance to work directly with multiple clients who have talent in a range of different industries. Have the opportunity to work from the ground-up and be in with the trendsetters!
You must be sharp, detail-oriented, a quick learner, and passionate about public relations and communications.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be familiar with social media
• Fantastic organizational skills, able to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Independent but able to work in a team environment
• Proficiency in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet savvy
Responsibilities:
• Build media lists and maintain editorial calendars
• Pitch to editors/bloggers from different media sources
• Write creative press releases and media alerts
• Plan, organize and assist at events
• Support in securing consistent media placements in print and online outlets
• Research sponsorship and partnership opportunities, speaking engagements etc.
You will have the opportunity to grow with the company and there is a possibility to transition into a paid, full-time position in the future.
Flexible with time commitment, amount of days and hours
