Media Coordinator (El Segundo, CA)

Job Description:
Ensure accuracy of all media plan changes (including buy authorizations, specs, flowcharts, expenditure summaries and sales charts) Working with agency on annual competitive analysis and on-going competitive requests Supporting Senior Director with annual planning process Working with agency, marketing and finance on annual planning Managing all ratings requests and issuing monthly Kid ratings memos Supporting Media Manager in day-to-day stewardship of Kid and Adult television buys (including weekly allocations, brand delivery, managing all changes and reviewing posts) Creating and maintain all budget documents Coordinating all asset requests (including Advanced TV efforts, added value opportunities and production requests) Managing all non-TV billingVolt is an Equal Opportunity Employer

Job Requirements:
3 years of media buying3 years of media planning experienceB.S. degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related fieldSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and within teams Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels Mature judgment, strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required
