Showroom Assistant
Looking for Intern to help in our showroom: SYDNEY EVAN is a Fine Jewelry line, very fashionable and a big hit with celebrities.Need someone 2-3 Days/week
Daily Duties Include but not limited to:
(will be trained on all below)
1.Input stores into showroom exchange
a.Find more potential accounts and enter them
2.Make notes where potential clients come from
3. Measure jewelry and input into Jewels 2000
4. File all paperwork
5. Put press packets together and ship out to new accounts
6. Send look books to new accounts
7. Maintain office
8. Go through Jewelry case and make sure all jewelry is tagged appropriately
*Looking for someone who is prompt, organized, takes initiative, helpful, easy going, quick learner and wants to work in a fun/laid back atmosphere. Someone who is willing to help in ALL aspects of a showroom.
