We are a new retail shop with in-house designers. We are looking to host a party once a month with revolving art and music. We are looking for a bright, talented marketing intern to assist in the following duties:
-Help finding local music acts to play at promotional parties
-Help finding local artists to who project our company's image to hang artwork on walls
-Help creating a general hype or buzz about the space
The ideal candidate has the following skills/talents:
-Strong knowledge of contemporary, cutting edge fashion
-Basic knowledge of local culture, including music and art
-Basic knowledge of promotional materials (fliers, branding, etc.)
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Excellent networking skills
-Charismatic, charming personality
Above all, be a people person and be ready to work! This internship can be applied towards school credit. This is an excellent opportunity for a current fashion marketing student to gain local exposure and experience working for a hip new company.
