KODA (www.koda.us) is an internet start-up that has been developed over the past year by world-class designers, innovators and web developers. We are hiring students at four-year colleges/universities in the Bay Area to promote KODA to their peers. On-Campus Representatives will have the following attributes:
Talent: We are looking for savvy, well-connected, persuasive, reliable, focused, self-assured students who understand how ideas move and trends form on their campuses.
Experience: You should be an engaged and involved student on your campus. A resume is not required - send us a paragraph about yourself, and explain why you will be a successful on-campus marketer.
Personality: You should thrive in an independent environment that requires self-confidence and a proactive attitude. You will need to convey information succinctly and clearly, and you will need persuasive interpersonal skills that can win others over.
About the opportunity:
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for convincing other students to sign up for and use www.KODA.us
Timing: You should be able to start immediately. There will be an opportunity to continue the internship in the fall.
Compensation: The base pay is $10/hour, but you can earn up to $15/hour based on performance.
Hours: You will work up to 10 hours/week. Your specific hours will be defined by you.
Location: You will be working from your campus, not from our office.
What is KODA? KODA redefines the job recruiting process for the emerging workforce. Translated from a Native American word meaning friend or ally, KODA is a cooperative meeting place for talented individuals and organizations to come together and communicate in an authentic voice. This transparent platform allows both parties to share identities, discover more about each other and find the best professional opportunities.
KODA is releasing its Beta version this month!
