Fashion Sales and Marketing Intern

Miguelina is seeking a Fashion Sales and Marketing intern available to begin immediately. We are a New York based contemporary Women's Wear company specializing in day, cocktail, evening tops and dresses. We also produce an exclusive resort line for hotels and boutiques worldwide.

Overview:
Assist the wholesaler with researching new selling opportunities, making market appointments with clients including luxury department stores, assisting during market, as well as following up with clients concerning orders. You will also help to market the brand through contacting online fashion and print publications as well as take part in new design ideas and business ventures.

Qualifications:
Energetic and passionate
Organized and reliable
Available to start immediately
Commit to at least 2 day per week (more days are available)
Comfortable with Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft Office

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the ins and outs of fashion sales and marketing. We are a small company so you will be interacting with multiple departments and given important and varied responsibilities. This is a HANDS ON experience that will provide you with the skills necessary to move forward in your career. This internship can lead to a full time job after a 6 month review.
