Handbago.com is a start up online catalog and community featuring, All Things Designer Handbag. Handbago.com is looking to hire for a variety of unpaid intern positions to work under the Directors of the Marketing, Editorial and PR departments. All applicants must be available to work Mondays and Wednesdays in person, be available to work remote during the rest of the week as well as be flexible to attend fashion events. Applicants must have a working laptop and reliable transportation.

Each position will run the duration of 1 month with possible continuation of position.

Designer Account Manager
2 Positions Available

Designer Account Managers will work directly under the Director of Marketing, pitching handbag designers, blogging, providing customer service, working with designers in regards to give-aways and contests and content management.
Applicants must be interested in writing, making cold calls and meeting/working with fashion designers as well as working with Twitter and Facebook.

Designer Liaison
2 Positions Available

Designer Liaisons will work directly under the Director of Marketing, working directly with handbag designers in regards to social media as well as content management. Designer Liaisons will be responsible to making sure that the news, events and other information given by the designer is relayed on the Handbago blog, Facebook and Twitter.


Editorial Assistant
2 Positions Available

Editorial Assistants will work directly under the Fashion Editor, doing write ups for the Handbago blogs, conducting and writing Designer Interviews, Haute Couture research, Trend Analysis/Trend writing, SEO blog management, Link Exchange, and freelance writing including Twitter and Facebook.

Graphic Design/Creative
1 Position Available

Graphic Designer/Creative will work directly with the President to create Business cards, letter head, visuals on Handbago, ads, graphics for videos etc. Applicant must own and be able to operate photoshop, illustrator and power point.

Video Production Assistant
3 positions available

Production Assistants will be working on video production, filming, and editing. Meeting and working directly with handbag designers, attending and filming fashion events, writing script and handbag reviews. Filming will be both on location and in house. Must own and be able to operate editing programs such as imovie and final cut pro. Must have experience working behind the camera.

PR Assistant
4 positions available

PR Assistants will be working under Head Publicists. Pitching blogs, magazine publications, creating and managing contact lists, working directly with designers on events, sales, cross promotion, Twitter/Facebook management, editorial features, attending events, working directly with the video team and event team, attending trade shows, must have an interest in writing.

Celebrity Style Manager
1 Position available

Celeb Style Manager will work directly with Head Publicist in researching and uploading celeb images and the handbags they are wearing, blogging about these handbags and determining trends in regards to celebrity style. Will work with handbag designers to obtain celeb images. Must be fashion forward and interested in couture, celebrity style and writing.


Handbago.com Internships are unpaid, must have working lap top computer and must be in the Los Angeles Area.
