ABC Carpet & Home, the premiere home furnishings store, is currently looking for a buying intern to gain hands-on experience in a fast paced environment. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and creative individual to assist our Buying Department in the day-to-day operations.
The intern will participate in various activities, which may include: assisting buyers with vendor researching, follow-ups with buyers to insure proper product placement and presentation, tracking product sales, sku creations, mark downs, transfers, reports and general administrative duties.
Candidates must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational skills. Hours and days are extremely flexible.
