Rare Sand is a unique jewelry online company in Malibu, CA. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced individual with fashion marketing and sales experience. The successful candidate will drive sales volume within the company, identify, develop and strengthen customer relationships by providing the highest level of customer service support using collaborative selling strategies. 

As our Marketing & Sales Rep, your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

- Build customer relationship with future customers 

- Involve in prospecting and networking activities to increase new business development. 

- Creating relationships with local media and researching possible media for proper company awareness 

- Must be able to analyze current market data, future distribution opportunities, and current product offerings to identify gaps and strategic opportunities and make recommendations to increase market share and drive profitable growth. 

- Responsible for gathering knowledge of competitors, products, pricing and processes. 

Qualifications & Skills Required: 

-Great interpersonal & communication (spoken and written) skills, strong analytical and presentation skills, and attention to detail 

-Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives 

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Products 

-Have worked with a wide range of buyers 

-Have built strong relationships with buyers 

-Have to know how to approach buyers whom we have yet to work with
