Department QS Retail – Allocations Job Description Quiksilver is looking for an experienced Allocator to join the Retail Allocations department at our home office in Huntington Beach, CA. This position will be responsible for allocating merchandise to stores to maximize sales and inventory turnover that support the company’s strategies and goals. Job Responsibilities · Work with the Buyer and the Planner to achieve class merchandise goals. · Responsible for deciding the appropriate allocation method to allocate merchandise to the stores maximizing sales and inventory turnover. · Allocate receipts to new stores based on the inventory plan. · Maintain weekly reports. · Other duties as assigned Job Requirements · 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Organizational and time management skills · Able to work independently · Must be open to change and ambiguity · Strong communication skills · Excel · JDA · Microsoft Outlook | |
