SUMMER 2009 FOR-CREDIT FASHION INTERNS NEEDED AT W
The Fashion Department at W Magazine seeks highly motivated, responsible, detail-oriented interns for the SUMMER 2009 semester. This is an unpaid position in which you must receive college credit. A full-time (5 days per week) commitment is required for a summer internship.
Interns will be based in the fashion closet assisting the fashion assistant and participate in a variety of projects, which may include:
-Managing clothing samples
-Liasing with a variety of PR firms and designer showrooms
-Preparing for photo shoots
-Assisting the fashion editors with various tasks
This internship requires long hours in a fast-paced environment so previous fashion experience is essential. Excellent computer skills are a plus.
