Gain exciting, valuable, and fashionable work experience during your spring semester with the Liz Claiborne Inc. /Juicy Couture Spring 2009 Internship Program!
Our Spring 2009 Internship Program is part time and for credit ONLY. It begins on January 26th, 2009 and ends May 1st, 2009. Opportunities are available in Mid-Town Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
The department works on day-to-day editorial activities including publicity reports, writing text for press releases and letters to internal and external vendors as well as putting together press kits.
Additionally, they are responsible for the look books of the various seasonal collections that get distributed to all of the major fashion editors, as well as developing relationships with agents and publicists.
Qualifications:
. Can do team player attitude
. Willingness to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment
. Ability to prioritize duties and be proactive
. Organization and keen eye to detail
. Passionate about the Juicy Couture brand
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
. Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university
. You must be eligible to receive credit for this internship from your college/university
. You must be a sophomore, junior, or senior
. Past retail or fashion industry experience is preferred but not required
