FASHION INTERNS
- Interns will assist with researching new lines through publications, tradeshows, online research & get involved in contacting & enrolling new designer/lines to our retail catalog. Buying Interns will work very closely with the Assistant Buyer & Buyer to research trends in inviting new designers/lines & the overall buying process.
- Interns will also be involved in the marketing & PR activities for NIMLI including and mainly viral marketing such as Facebook, MySpace, StyleHive, Kaboodle, This Next, Twitter, Blogs, etc.
- Interns will learn and be involved in all aspects of operations, including shipping, online website/orders management. In addition, there will be other responsibilities including assisting with inventory organization, and day to day assistance. This is a great opportunity for an individual to learn all aspects of the fashion business.
EDITORIAL INTERNS
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn all aspects of writing/editing within the fashion/design industry. Someone who is already knowledgeable regarding fashion would be ideal, but not necessary. Responsible for writing/editing Item Descriptions, Advertising, Promotion Copywriting, Fashion Trends, Press Kits, Blog (http://www.nimlitalk.com/), Lookbooks.
Internship will be part-time and if seeking college credits, will work with college. The intern will receive discounts on all our products & free merchandise at the completion of the internship. Interns will also be eligible for a 40% Discount on Nimli.com This is an Unpaid Internship. This is also great work experience that can be listed on your resume.
