Details of Internship:The Public Relations department of Elie Tahari is seeking motivated, dependable, detail-oriented interns for the Summer 2009 semester. We are looking for candidates who can start mid March and intern through August. Please be able to commit to a minimum of three full days a week. This is an unpaid internship for junior and/or senior college students—must be able to receive school credit.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-Organizing of the showroom & sample closet-Assisting our Creative team-Organization of fashion press and magazine archive-Assisting various events throughout the season-Mailers for client/editorial outreach and press events-Daily clerical work
Previous internship experience in the fashion industry is preferred.
