OBJECTIVE:
To oversee the operations of the store and assume total department accountability for sales, service profitability and loss prevention. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 
Two to Four years of retail management experience in a leadership role 
An understanding of the Anthropologie culture and its appeal to the local market
Ability to drive sales through excellent service, strong visual presentation, and a full understanding of the business

* Supervise the daily operations of the store (i.e. Opening/Closing process, cash management, shipment receipt) 
* Utilize Company reports to react to trends and drive business 
* Achieve the store shrinkage goals by overseeing adherence to loss prevention practices
* Ensure compliance with Company emergency and safety procedures in order to protect employees and customers against accidents and incidents

Marketing Manager, Digital Promotions - Old Navy Brand (SF)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee creation of short-and long-lead promotional materials, primarily focusing on digital assets (email, social media copy/assets, ON.com placements/Stores & More tab, in-shop placements) and in-store, offer-based programs (bounceback coupons, same-day offers, etc.)
  • General management of promotional infrastructure so offers are compatible with Old Navy Online check-out and in-store registers
  • Liaise between Old Navy Brand Marketing team and Old Navy Online (ONOL) - ensure streamlined scheduling and mgmt of assets , and oversee shared calendar
  • Own general program effectiveness, with blended view of x-channel results (assessing through quantitative and qualitative data)
  • Manager of all strategies and assets for weekly digital business process
    • Manage all weekly business offers, prioritizing ongoing requests from weekly business meetings
    • Prioritize and negotiate placement for seasonal digital calendar, including inbound requests from brand partners: ONC, Outlet, brand mtkg vehicles
    • Coordinate assets and deliverables across multiple teams in brand mktg
    • Brief & creatively manage any/all 'new' assets for emails
  • Collaborate with internal business partners (pricing, store operations/communications, finance, legal, visual merchandising, merchandising and inventory management) to ensure strategies and deliverables service the overall business
  • Integrate messaging across vehicles and in-store, as appropriate
  • Present strategies and ongoing results to senior leadership
 Qualifications:
  • Great project management skills and ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at one time
  • Proven experience guiding creative process from strategy through visual execution
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to link strategy to financial plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate in a cross-functional setting, and effectively interact at all levels
  • Proven track record as a proactive, trusted advisor and thought leader on strategic issues
  • Strong oral, written and formal presentation skills including ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
  • Able to work in and bring structure to ambiguous environments
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of promotions and/or online marketing experience, preferably within retail industry, advertising, consumer products, or management consulting
  • BA/BS degree; MBA preferred

Merchandising Development Manager (Santa Monica)

MAJOR ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES

1. Leads the management of the POS Development Process
a. Briefs suppliers on the development of new POS item needs during the year
i. Leads inter-department project management of all POS items to deliver on time. Communicates timelines and expectations to Field and Distributor Network
ii. Gains approval from Trade Marketing Manager for concepts and prototypes
b. Collaborates with Trade Activation Managers for their channel Merchandising needs
c. Proactively refreshes and improves Red Bull portfolio with new production techniques and processes
i. Builds back-up of renderings and concepts for current items in portfolio as to implement refreshed items consistently
ii. Works on current portfolio of items to increase effectiveness and functionality

2. Publishes guidelines and relevant information for all Red Bull’s Merchandising Items
a. Develops merchandising standards for channel-specific shelf configurations and all displays & coolers
b. Updates and maintains POS manual for entire portfolio, publishes online

3. Establishes role as the ambassador of POS throughout RBNA
a. Becomes point person for the Field, Distributor Network and in all details pertaining to POS (including inventory information but not inventory management)

4. Manages 2010 POS development and execution
a. Manages Themed POS portfolio development from Approval to Arrival in Warehouse

c. Manages Custom Retailer POS development
i. Collaborates with TAM and NAM to fulfill development and production needs for Retailer projects

5. Supports the POS areas of Business Planning for Trade Marketing
a. Contributes in the forecast process between the Field, HQ Operations and Finance for demand planning and expense requirements
b. Reviews forecast of POS items and suggests benchmark volumes based on historic and analytical data
c. Coordinates with Finance and Operations to track POS forecast and budgets

6. Manages Vendor and POS industry information
a. Maintains database of potential vendors and suppliers. Develops a system with Procurement to bid jobs to new vendors
b. Attend POS Trade Shows to deliver new, cutting edge display materials
c. Participates with Trade Marketing Manager in POS “Task Force” meetings



KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES (WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE)
1. Provide clear and direct access via web and in person to all Merchandising Item related information for Field and Distributor Network

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE --
1. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the consumer goods industry with exposure to Point of Sale usage or development
2. University – Bachelor’s Degree required
