San Fernando Valley-based ( Canoga Park ) online Juniors and Women's clothing and shoes company looking for a Fashion Writing Assistant. 

This is a full-time position. Schedule from 10 AM to 630PM Monday to Friday.

Ideal candidate must have the following:

Fashion Writing part of the job:
• strong knowledge of fashion jargon - duties include labeling/titling the items, providing a description, and coming up with the best keywords to get hits on Ebay
• excellent skills in creative writing, grammar, and spelling - duties include providing a description of the item and its details
• attention to detail - this position will take measurements of each of the items
• accuracy - there are many points to check as you create each listing; there's a maximum amount of mistakes that this position can make
• ability to work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment - there's a minimum number of items expected to be listed per day

Overall requirements for this position:
• excellent computer skills
• be reliable, trustworthy, friendly
• can work independently and also be a team player
• be able to work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment 
• accurate, detail-oriented, and organized

The above skills will be tested during the interview and during the probation period when job is offered.

Our website is all about guiding teen girls to their best selves as proud Christians, embracing their real beauty and examining/critiquing media for appropriate/inappropriate messaging. Since our launch earlier this year, we've been growing in leaps and bounds. We need a blogger who know how to engage with readers - our most popular articles get over 100 comments! Indira Cesarine is the creative director of XXXX MAGAZINE, the "Untitled" Magazine, launched in December of 2009, a multimedia fashion & art publication showcasing fashion and video art films, as well as coverage of international fashion weeks and contemporary art events. XXXX Magazine has exhibited it's original productions at the Metropolitan Museum of Art; as well as in collaboration with the Louvre Museum at the French Embassy Cultural Center and Art Basel Miami among many other prestigious exhibits internationally.



Internship applicants should have experience either with final cut pro, after effects, photoshop or website updating and blogging. Production, lighting or photo / video shoot on set experience is also a plus. Interns will be working directly with Indira on photo and film shoots, as well as working on content for XXXX Magazine and the blog (www.4x-magazine.com/blog), including assisting with coverage of Spring / Summer 2012 Fashion week content.
