We are looking for an EXTREMELY methodical, organized Product Development leader to help grow our wholesale division. We are opening and developing product for 20 additional Flight 001 stores internationally in the next 3 years and would love for you to be part of this expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to grow with a young global brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate daily with factories
- Manage product development calendar from inspiration to store shelves
- Source factories and materials and Negotiate pricing
- Track shipping for design protos, salesman samples and production
- Create and manage production, development and merchandising reports
- Oversee Quality Control and Testing

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years direct experience in fashion product development
- Detail oriented a MUST
- Strong sense of urgency a MUST
- A genuine interest in product development
- Proficient with Excel
- Fashion College Degree Preferred
