Essential Skills and Qualifications Requested
-Preferred 1-2 years of fashion industry experience
-Enrolled in college or postgraduate
-Available to intern 3 days a week (flexible)
-Strong and outgoing interpersonal skills
-Computer proficiency skills (MS Office, Excel, Word)
-Must be proficient in Photoshop
-Good organization skills and able to prioritize tasks
-Ability to meet deadlines while multi tasking
-Energetic and organized individual with a positive “can do” attitude
As a Retail/Marketing Intern you will be able to see how an apparel brand company works from the inside out, from initial design concepts through production and sales.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Assist Brand and Retail director with various projects
-Assist in creating/updating line sheets, tagging new products, and organizing showroom samples
-Manage all sample pulls and trafficking for Corporate Sales and Retail events, including Trunk Shows
-Daily Showroom maintenance and merchandising
-Assist Sales Department in the preparation and execution of several Regional Markets and Trade Shows, including Coterie and Intermezzo
-Creating and constructing Looks Books, Press Kits, and other various marketing tools
-Daily office maintenance
