Spring 2011 Training Internship
The Training Intern will be responsible for working with the Vice President of Training and Development to support training and development. Main projects include assistance on all training and development initiatives including creation of training materials and participation in training events. In addition, they will assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e.; Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent skills in PowerPoint Required
Creative ability strongly desired
Ability to learn quickly, retain processes and work independently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, communication and follow-through skills
An interest in the field of Human Resources and prior internship experience is preferred
