eCairn, a Silicon Valley start-up is looking for a marketing intern to help manage the company online social presence for a minimum of 6 months. Conversation, company’s flag product is an on-demand software used by leading companies to identify, listen and engage with key social media influences. The company is offering a marketing full time internship. This is not a coffee and photocopy type of internship. This is the real deal! The intern will work with the executive team and participate to the company's success. His/her role is to: -Implement an online marketing guerilla strategy - Manage social networking groups (Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Slideshare, Facebook) - Use Conversation software to identify and engage with key social media influences - Create a community of active users - Answer questions and post weekly messages to add value to online discussions The company offers a small compensation and is flexible on the location. The interns can work from home or from our upcoming Sunnyvale or Palo Alto office. If commuting, two weekly meetings are required in our offices.
