We are seeking candidates for a Spring 2010 Public Relations Internship at Miguelina.We are a contemporary Women’s Wear company located in New York City specializing in day, cocktail, and evening tops and dresses. We also produce a resort line for top hotels worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining and building relationships with top editors and stylists
Handling sample requests
Organizing showroom
Making phone calls to editors
Creating media blasts
Updating media lists
Qualifications:
Energetic and passionate
Available to start ASAP
Commit to at least 3 days a week
**PR experience, degree in PR/Marketing and contacts are a major plus!!
This is a great opportunity to start building contacts with top editors and stylists as well as seeing how a showroom is run. This is a HANDS ON experience. We are a small company so you will be interacting with multiple departments and given important and varied responsibilities.
