J Marquise Showroom + PR is a boutique style multi line fashion agency representing women's advanced contemporary designers located in the heart of NY's fashion district & currently seeking bright, enthusiastic, motivated interns interested in getting hands on experience in wholesale Sales, Branding & Public Relations.
Duties Include:
Outreach/pitching to store buyers, fashion editors, bloggers, journalists & celebrity stylists for showroom appointments. Look book mailings and follow up work via phone/emails.
Managing & updating account lists, market research, monitoring sample requests & loans, organizing/merchandising showroom samples, assisting with appointments.
Attending tradeshows & special events. Basic administrative work – knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Handling day to day tasks such answering phones & errands including showroom upkeep.
Must be available two/three full days - Available for school credit & can lead to a position for the right person/fit...
MUST BE PASSIONATE ABOUT FASHION...
