We are looking to hire 3 interns.
We are an online and mobile wedding planning website. We are one of the first wedding planning companies to enter the iPhone App market. Our website was created using a blue ocean strategy and is the only website that offers smart search technology with complete social integration for our wedding vendors. We have assembled a world class team to redesign the website and are being repped by one of the top wedding PR firms.
We are looking for a three highly motivated individuals to join our team and be part of an exciting online wedding start-up. These are excellent opportunies for either a current college student or recent grad seeking real world business experience in online marketing.
1. Social Marketing Intern: Strong understanding of social media, especially facebook and twitter are required. Familiarity with the latest and coolest web technologies would also be beneficial.
2. Blog Writer Intern: Research the latest wedding trends and write about them on our blog. - If applying for this internship, please also include writing samples and a link to your blog.
3. Graphics Design Intern: Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials. Design and edit PowerPoint presentations. Wedding vendor ad maintenance. If applying for this internship, please also include samples of your work.
All interns will report directly to the CEO and assist with other tasks as needed. No more than 20 hours per week. We offer training but we are open to your ideas, and creativity as well. This is a non-paid internship and the duration is for six months. All internships have the potential to become full time positions.
Interns must be local to San Diego and be able to meet on Sunday afternoons.
