Spring 2009 Internship (or longer!)

Who we are:
The Stylehive is a global social shopping community, dedicated to discovering and sharing the most exciting products, the stores that sell them, and the people that find them. We are in search of the freshest and most interesting new products, brands and designers from around the globe. What we are looking for:
Enthusiastic style-conscious individuals who are savvy with regard to both technology and fashion. Our interns are passionate about trend-setting products and usually get noticed for wearing or having cool stuff. They must be enthusiastic and have an energetic and positive attitude. Their hobbies should include reading fashion and lifestyle magazines, shopping and surfing the web. They should be efficient and hard workers that are into gadgets, design, products and fashion. We prefer those that are knowledgeable about the Internet, blogs and online community forums and networks.

Requirements:
-In-depth knowledge of unique online retailers, fashion/lifestyle trends, and cool events
-Sophisticated taste level
-In-depth knowledge of social networks such as Facebook, Bebo, and MySpace

Duties:
-Assist with daily maintenance tasks that help our site succeed
-Provide and assist with editorial content on events, stores, products, and designers for our blog
-Assist with community network marketing
-Assist with online marketing projects
-Troubleshoot new features on our website
-Assist with community awareness and being active in the community

Internship details:
-Length: flexible
-Hours: 14-28 hours/week (Mon � Fri) (flexibility on hours)
-Start Date: January 2009
-Location: Financial District, San Francisco
