A dynamic coaching company headquartered in Los Angeles is looking to immediately contract a Web Designer that would work closely with the Creative Director remotely, or in the Los Angeles office on all things web related. It is a fast paced environment that will offer ample opportunity for you to learn and to expand your portfolio.
We are looking for a dependable driven person to assist with the existing workload and upcoming web/technology projects with an emphasis on web design (HTML & CSS). This is a part time contract to start (15 hours per week) that could possibly grow into a full time position complete with benefits.
Projects will include, but aren't limited to: General web layout & design, the implementation and skinning of a content management system, a client content management system, a private forum with registration open to select users, improvements to our store, and improved usage tracking. This persons responsibilities would also include helping to support our existing users (some technical support), format email blasts that are delivered to over 65,000 subscribers, and managing our existing subscribers list.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and solid competency in editing and authoring HTML & CSS. Basic PHP, working knowledge of photoshop, as well as any flash/action scripting would all be a substantial plus.
