We are a fast-growing media intelligence business serving editors, publicists, designers, stylists, boutiques and buyers in the fashion and beauty industries. Our large contact database and soon-to-be-launched contact management and email marketing systems make our clients more efficient, effective and profitable.
We are looking for an associate whose primary responsibility will be to make phone calls and send emails in order to keep our contact database current. Customer service experience or phone experience is a great plus.
Required: Excellent phone and communication skills. You must enjoy this part of the work otherwise this position is not for you. Good computer skills and typing, experience with MS Office (specifically Excel and Word), experience with internet searches, excellent attention to detail, ability to remain focused. Reliable, able to multi-task and self-motivate.
3 days per week for 5-6 hours per day. $10/hour.
Must be able to start ASAP.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Make high-volume of outbound phone calls and emails with the highest degree of professionalism at all times
- Ability to think and problem solve creatively
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
- Self motivated and team oriented
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel
- Bachelor Degree is a plus.
- Experience in Sales/Marketing is a plus
