A Soho based, boutique size, high-end fashion public relations firm is looking for an eager intern who is interested in learning the ins and outs of fashion pr. It is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience as well as a solid foundation for the public relations industry. The intern will have the chance to directly interact with the company and its day to day business. By the end of the internship, the intern should have a full understanding of fashion pr and leave with administrative responsibilities valuable for any business situation.
The candidate must be passionate and eager to learn about the pr industry. We are looking for someone organized, dedicated, responsible and detail oriented. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Trafficking samples
Pulling samples
Mailings
Answering phones
Research
Follow-up Phone Calls
